Thomas J. Daly offers over 25 years of experience in intellectual property law. He presently sits on Christie, Parker & Hale's three-member management committee and chairs the firm-wide marketing committee.

Mr. Daly, who began his intellectual property law career as a litigator, utilizes this background in preparing patent applications that prevent or defend against subsequent disputes.

He procures, licenses and enforces patent portfolios in the fields of medical devices, chemical processing, and pharmaceuticals, among others.
