Louis Dienes is a partner of the law firm of TroyGould in Los Angeles and a veteran advisor to entrepreneurs and investors in preferred stock and convertible debt offerings as well as successful exit transactions through mergers, acquisitions and public offerings. Dienes is a member of TroyGould's Corporate Department. He has represented buyers and sellers and their respective boards, senior management, investment banks and other stakeholders such as debt holders in more than $10 billion of consummated mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, including U.S. and foreign stock and asset acquisitions and mergers. He has substantial experience in transactions involving technology and other intellectual property assets of distressed businesses bought or sold through foreclosures, assignments for the benefit of creditors, receiverships, bankruptcy and as U.S. co-counsel in analogous foreign transactions. He has represented businesses, investment banks and investors in more than 150 private offerings of securities.
